What makes Levity Gourmet Marshmallows special?
Levity Gourmet Marshmallows develops all of its recipes to produce confections that are celebrated for their desirably delicate and meltable texture, as well as for their delicious and innovative range of nuanced and craveable flavors. These marshmallows are nothing like the grocery store variety you might be used to. But please: don't take our word for it; try them yourself!
Where can I buy Levity Gourmet Marshmallows?

Contacting Us, or through direct sales when Levity attends special events, festivals, and markets throughout the United States. Levity Gourmet Marshmallows are not available for international sale at this time. How can I use Levity Gourmet Marshmallows?
Oh, so many ways! Levity Gourmet Marshmallows are delicious all on their own as a delightful sweet treat. They will also melt beautifully into your favorite hot cocoa, coffee, tea, or other hot beverage. Introduce them to a fire and a stick, and roast different flavors to make some of the most fantastic and inspired s'mores you'll ever encounter! You can incorporate them into all of your favorite marshmallow recipes. (You'll never look at Crispy Rice Cereal Treats the same way again.) We hear that some of our customers like to enjoy them frozen. Others report giving the melt-in-your mouth treats to their children to chew on instead of gum when they are taking off or landing during plane travel. The possibilities are endless! And that's without even mentioning the wonderful and diverse applications of our Special Order projects for weddings, parties, baby showers and corporate gifts! Wait a second... you can MAKE marshmallow?
Yes, you can! And we do, completely from scratch! Levity Gourmet Marshmallows begin in our kitchen facility as sugar and end as smiles on our customers' faces. Don't ask us for our recipes, though. They are secret!
Can I send Levity Gourmet Marshmallows as a gift?
Absolutely! In fact, many of our customers do, to the delight of their selected recipients! When you check-out with PayPal's secure credit card processing after selecting your marshmallows at our Online Store, you will have the option of shipping to an address other than your billing addresses. If you are paying with a PayPal account, you may also add a new shipping address by adjusting your account settings. In either case, simply enter your desired recipient's name and address as your shipping destination, and your order will be created and soon on its way to the lucky friend's door! All Levity Gourmet Marshmallows shipments include a Packing List that details the name of the purchaser, the shipping destination, and the items in the shipment, but that does NOT list prices or payment information. Additionally, when you check-out through PayPal, you will encounter an entry box with the option to "Include a Message to Vendor." In this space, if you request that we include a gift card with a brief message of your choice in your shipment, it would be our pleasure to do so. When your gift ships, you will receive an automated PayPal email message at the email address you provided with your order. This message will contain tracking information so that you may follow the progress of your package as it travels to your selected destination.
Do you offer other flavors than those I see on the website?
Levity Gourmet Marshmallows is constantly developing new flavors. Seasonal flavors are released in limited editions on a rotating basis.... So be sure to check back with us often! Why do different flavors cost different amounts?
The process of creating a Levity Gourmet Marshmallow is a careful and thoughtful one performed with the attention and dedication of an artisan seeking confectionary perfection. Different flavors require different preparation techniques, some more involved than others, and each flavor includes its own specialized ingredients. Levity Gourmet Marshmallows are priced based on the ingredients and labor involved in the creation of each flavor variety. Thus, a flavor like S'more, which incorporates more premium ingredients and more complicated cooking processes, costs more than a more classic flavor, like Vanilla. Levity Gourmet Marshmallows makes every effort to keep all of our pricing as competitive and accessible as possible, while still allowing us to bring you the ultimate in marshmallow indulgence.
How long will my marshmallows last?
That depends somewhat on the flavor, but in general, we have found that our marshmallows retain their peak flavor and texture for several weeks, or even months, when stored properly. Please pay attention to the "Best By" date printed on your package and store your marshmallows in an airtight container in a cool, dry location, away from direct sunlight.
Are Levity Gourmet Marshmallows Vegan appropriate?
Ah, the ever elusive Vegan marshmallow! At this time, all Levity Gourmet Marshmallows do contain gelatin. We have been experimenting to develop a completely Vegan marshmallow, but so far, none of the results have met our high standards for taste, texture, and shelf-life. We believe ultimately in making marshmallows a treat that as many people as possible can enjoy, so we are continuing our development efforts. Please check back with us. We promise that as soon as we crack the code, we will let you know!
Why are there slight variations in the size and shape of my marshmallows?
All Levity Gourmet Marshmallows are lovingly made by hand in small batches. Therefore, each marshmallow in your package will look slightly different than its neighbor. We maintain the highest standards for flavor and texture, and our cooking methods are consistent, but each individual marshmallow that Levity produces is unique. We believe that this personal attention is part of what makes us special. And we know you wouldn't want it any other way!
