Order Processing
Levity Gourmet Marshmallows uses PayPal for its secure order processing. Once you have filled your Shopping Cart on our website, click "Check Out," and you will be redirected to PayPal, where you may pay for your order via any major credit or debit card, or via your PayPal account. You need not have a PayPal account to proceed with your checkout, nor will you be required to create one. Levity will begin our order fulfillment process as soon as we receive notification of your payment from PayPal. You will receive two automated emails at the address you provide with your order: one when your order has been processed by PayPal and another when we ship your order.
Return Policy
Due to the perishable and taste-specific nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any purchase. All sales are final. However, if when you receive your order, it has been damaged in the shipping process, please Contact Us so that we may resolve the issue.
Manufacturing
To ensure the optimum freshness, Levity Gourmet Marshmallows makes its marshmallows to order as much as possible. Once you place your order, please allow 2 to 3 business days for marshmallow creation and packaging before your order ships.
Shipping and Handling
To ensure that your marshmallows arrive quickly and safely, with concern for the integrity and freshness of our products, Levity Gourmet Marshmallows sends orders via the United States Postal Service Priority Mail. Once shipped, orders should arrive within 2 to 3 business days. Shipping and Handling will be calculated and included at the time of your order processing with PayPal. Levity Gourmet Marshmallows only sells and ships domestically in the United States at this time. Prices are as follows for shipping to any of the fifty United States, or to any U.S. Territory:

2-5 Packages: $11
6-7 Packages: $15
8-10 Packages: $22
As an extension of our U.S. shipping, and in an effort to include U.S. military members serving overseas, Levity is proud to additionally offer an APO/FPO shipping option. Please note that you should expect this type of shipping to take, on average, one to two weeks to reach the recipient. Shipping and handling prices to APO/FPO addresses are as follows:
1-7 Packages: $12.50
8-14 Packages: $25
Shipping Addresses
Before completing your check out procedures, please verify absolutely that your shipping address is correct. If you choose to pay with a PayPal account, please be certain that the shipping address associated with your account is both valid and current BEFORE you submit your payment. Levity is committed to accommodating our customers as much as possible, but once your order has shipped to the address you provide, it cannot be retrieved. Please be aware that Levity Gourmet Marshmallows will not be responsible for orders that are not received because an incorrect address was included during Check Out.
Order Quantities
Our Check Out procedure can accommodate orders of up to 10 packages for regular domestic shipments and of up to 14 packages for APO/FPO addresses at any one time. If you are interested in ordering larger quantities, please Contact Us so that we may arrange the best price for you. Shipping and Handling for Special Orders is arranged on a case-by-case basis, depending on client needs.
Sales and Availability
Sales, promotions, and other special offers may be available periodically, and are subject to the conditions and limited time-frames or quantities described when the sale is announced. Levity reserves the right to cancel an on-going sale at any time, but will honor any already-placed orders under the special offer conditions. Sales, promotions, and special offers apply to new orders only; no price adjustments will be offered. Neither sales, nor promotions, nor special offers will at any time apply to bulk or special orders; these order categories are considered, quoted, and arranged on a case-by-case basis directly with the client.
Our Offices
Levity Gourmet Marshmallows does not have a permanent retail location open to the public at this time. However, if you are located in the Las Vegas Valley, we are happy to invite you to our offices (by appointment only) to discuss your Special Order in person, or to pick up your local order. Allergen and Dietary Information
All Levity Gourmet Marshmallows are labeled in accordance with FDA requirements, and packages contain listings of all ingredients, including potential food allergens that may be present only in trace amounts. Levity Gourmet Marshmallows are manufactured from scratch and packaged in our permitted and dedicated Henderson, NV facility. Please be advised that when taking into account all of our flavors, marshmallows are processed in a facility and on equipment that may be exposed to Peanuts, Tree Nuts, Wheat, Soy, and/or Milk products.
